The question as to weather I am or not an artist is one which I cannot answer but it seems that no one ever bothers to look at these messages I place on the world wide web. Am I a voice crying in the wilderness? Who benifits from my work?

Have you heard of Wetcanvas.com ?? I am a moderator there...have been there since its early start of less than 1,000 members worldwide, and now there are over 130,000 artists. Its a virtual community, many forums...like the plein air forum, landscape, figure...you name it. A good way for artists to hook up, connect, and not feel so isolated.
I know...I work and live in a national forest, a town of 1,000 people...a logging community, and no creative artistic culture to speak of.

The main problem is that in this world only a few people who care - more or less. And we are making something like articles or art - but mainly for each other. Because too big part of this world are mindless.
It is a big pleasure to enjoy your blog. I have heard of you from the silver site by the way. :)))
